Vim Interactive has joined the LMO Digital family! Have a look around and check out the work we do and the clients we're proud to work with.

We Are LMO Digital

At LMO, we are a business partner, a marketing department, and an idea generator. We're more than an agency, we're a family of creators.

Creativity requires a diverse, exciting environment and an atmosphere of trust and respect.

Our Story

On the Internet, change is the only constant and we embrace it with open arms. Our enthusiasm is backed by our knowledge and experience to provide you with a web presence that satisfies your requirements and meets today's web standards. Since inception as VIM Interactive in 2005, we've garnered some great clients, done some amazing work, teamed up with and transitioned into LMO Advertising and earned a good bit of recognition.  Regardless of recognition, the greatest satisfaction comes from our clients knowing that we will deliver an incredible product and continue our relationship even after it launches. Some of us have worked together for over 10 years and, while we’re always growing, it’s the strength of our team’s efforts that makes our day-to-day seem much more than just “work”.

Who We Are

We’re a group of talented individuals who take great pride in our work and how we work. Our offices are open collaborative environments filled with conversation, laughter, and incredible amounts of white board space. Not only do we thrive on learning from one another, we appreciate learning new things from our clients as well. We love our jobs and are always working to expand our skill sets as individuals and as a team.  Oh yeah, we have a lot of fun too!

What We Do

Our team of digital professionals: information architects, experience designers, graphic designers, coders, developers, project managers, SEO technicians and social media experts, know the web and mobile spaces forwards and backwards. As a collection of experts, each in their own unique role, we offer unmatched knowledge and expertise to each of our award-winning projects.

Melissa Glaude

Melissa Glaude

Senior Business Analyst

Melissa has been a business analyst in the financial and health care industries for approximately six years. Some of the professional skills she has gained as a business analyst are strategic thinking, elicitation, communication and extreme cooperation skills. For whatever reason Melissa finds it hard to explain to people what a business analyst does, but to keep it simple she says "we think about what a system should do before programmers program a system to do it." Melissa believes the key to being a successful analyst is to fully understand the client’s needs and be able to work with a group of “techies” to make magic happen.

Melissa’s been married since October 2013, was born in Puerto Rico to Dominican parents (rarity) and grew up in the Washington D.C. area. You can find her at Wiley Gunther’s during the football season and very well may be the only Redskins fan in LMO's Baltimore office. #HHTR
